The Process

To inquire about availability as well as pricing for a custom cake for your next special occasion, send us an email and make sure to let us know the following information:

• The date of your event

• The number of people you are needing to feed

• Your budget (if you have one!)

• Any colour palette, theme, design requests or ideas (inspiration images are always welcome!)

• If the cake is for a birthday, let us know the person’s name and age if you wish to have this included on the cake
  *Note Our custom cakes are priced based on final design and number of servings

Once we have sent a reply to your initial inquiry detailing design ideas pricing etc we do require a response within 7 days,
Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, outside of that window we won’t be able to guarantee your date is still available.

We require a $50 deposit to secure your custom cake, remaining balance can be made upon cake pick up

No changes are able to be made to your order two weeks prior to the pick up date.

Please keep in mind, our custom custom cakes require a minimum 2-3 weeks notice. (This can vary depending on the volume of custom inquires we get in certain months)

We are able to make egg, dairy and gluten friendly cakes. However our bakery is NOT free from these major allergens so we do have to warn that cross contamination is possible, if your allergy is severe, we may not be the bakery for you.

FAQs

Pick up hours: Tuesday to Friday 11am-5pm, Saturdays 10am - 4pm
Reminder, the shoppe is closed on Sundays so if you are needing cake for a Sunday, pick up will need to be on the Saturday

Getting Your Cake Home The best place for a cake on the drive home is the flattest surface of your vehicle. We do not recommend putting the cake on a car seat or carrying the cake on your lap as theses are not stable surfaces
Once the cake is home, we recommend it be placed in the fridge immediately (especially in the summer months) and removed from the fridge 30min - 1hr before you are ready to enjoy!
